Rocket Yoga

Rocket yoga, in full Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa, was created under the hands of the unique teacher Larry Shultz in San Francisco. A dynamic practice, which is typical in that the positions are practiced first on the right side and then all on the left. Initial silence, breathing techniques, asana part... The practice slowly graduates and at the end the desired shavasana. In the classes we will gradually learn individual series and asanas from their basic versions to the more complex ones. In practice, expect a lot of help from the instructor, but also from other students (in advanced lessons). Teaching handstands, headstands, balance positions, working with the breath and keeping attention on the only important thing.. on the HERE & NOW. CLASSES AT 5:00 PM SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE. Ashtanga Mysore

MYSORE classes are not practiced, they are taught. This class is about you. About your journey, about your practice. MYSORE style of class is the traditional way in which Ashtanga yoga was taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The most important aspect of Ashtanga yoga is the vinyasa system, which is the smooth connection of breath with movement. That is why in class I start learning the correct breathing technique first and we gradually learn individual asanas, taking into account your current movement possibilities and conditions. We do not try to adapt the body to the position, but the position to our body. Are you asking what is the benefit of learning and building your own practice? Guided Ashtanga

Conscious exercise, harmonizing breath with movement. Body strength, breath dynamics, freedom of mind... Do you also use the phrase, I'll warm up first and when I'm more flexible I'll start yoga? After all, what would I do there. And yet you always wanted to start... Then a shortened guided Ashtanga yoga class is just for you. Asanas, positions are repeated, but your practice is never the same. It changes every day. It is through yoga and breath that we will make our stiff, seated body passable and give it the necessary flexibility. We will activate and use our conscious and powerful UJJAYI breath, which means VICTORY in translation, throughout the exercise. The combination of yoga and pilates is a great combination to strengthen the body, learn proper posture and lateral breathing, which helps us a lot with any movement. The lessons are oriented towards building strength, and each lesson has a separate theme. Piñalates will bring not only a healthy and strong body, but it is a fun practice full of tools and good mood and music. Morning together

The concept of a class where the instructor practices with the students side by side. The class is guided, but it is good to have at least the basics of yoga, as some asanas (positions) are not explained in detail. Friday class for all yoga enthusiasts who want to experience what it is like when our teachers practice with us. After class, we go for coffee at the 6:57 cafe, so leave a little time after the practice :) after all, it is community yoga :) See you on the mats, friends. Only 6 people and all the props you know – yoga ropes, yoga wheel, blocks, straps, blankets – simply everything we have on hand :) You might not know this, but our Pina Yoga is a total freak when it comes to yoga props. This class holds everything you need for your health – strength, mobility, and functional flexibility. It’s designed for all levels; you absolutely don’t need to be able to put your leg behind your head or lift 100 kilos :) We’ll set everything up so that your body and your practice can move one step forward again. The Studio Concept class combines everything our students at Dobroroome need – we’ve added longer holds, breathing techniques, a slightly extended shavasana, and above all, lots of fun and ease. This class is for those who love a challenge, but also appreciate traditional practice – where tradition meets modernity. Studio Concept is created by us, for us – you won’t find it anywhere else in Slovakia. So once again – if you don’t like big crowds, this class offers a truly individual approach, since there are only 6 students. The instructor has the space to focus just on you, see all your positions, and tune into your breath. The second big thing is the unique props, especially the hanging yoga rope system and the yoga wheel, which beautifully help open the body so the breath can reach every single cell :) And of course, last but not least, they bring huge benefits for our spine, especially if you have a sedentary job.
